Cash is King. Or is it?

Does Carrying cash abroad really pay?

What is the best way to spend your money abroad?

Go-Pro 8

How we carry cash to spend abroad has gone through some changes over the years.

Once there was a time when traveler's cheques were the safe way to carry your cash.

First, you Had to turn your money into the recognised currency favored by where you were traveling to. Then once at your destination, you had to spend time out of your vacation to find the best rate on offer.

It was the same whilst dealing with cash. The cash rate would be better than T/c's but the process is pretty much the same.

The only problem was you had to deal with people that some times try to trick you when paying out the amount agreed.

If you don't double-check before leaving then there is always a chance of losing out.

These days all the risk, time and trouble of changing holiday money has gone.

All you need to do now is just use an ATM and away you go to enjoy your day.

This doesn't involve using your home bank card in the ATM. So no extra bank charges and bad exchange rates to contend with. And no chance of your home bank card being skimmed.

Just apply for a card to gain access to the new way of spending abroad.

All you have to do is load your card via the app.

The card is linked to your Home country account. Just enter the amount you wish to load onto the card. You can use straight away.

Withdraw cash from an ATM or spend in a shop. The cost is very minimal, and the rates given are better than most. It's the perfect solution.
